I loved this Zauberflöte! Why is it called Magic Flute if they are singing and speaking in German? I don't have the answers.

From the magnificent moods of the projected scenery, the ever changing pyramid, the lavish costumes, adorable knaben dressed like Mozart in shades, the splendid singing and the lush orchestra - the performance went from strength to strength all night. It's supposed to be "magic" and it was.

I've seen it twice already and I'll go to at least one more performance. This production answers the question: "What would Mozart do?" Given a chance he'd surely mount this production!
