Technical and Newsletter Information
To receive this weekly magazine as a free HTML e-mail newsletter as soon as the new issue is published, visit the Subscription page. To unsubscribe or change e-mail addresses, you must follow the links at the end of the last e-mail newsletter you received.
If you are signed up but are not receiving the newsletter, it is possible that your ISP is blocking mail from us or the service we use to distribute the newsletter. If you believe your newsletter is being blocked, one strategy is to find the option in your service or spam filter that allows mail from certain trusted addresses. You should allow mail from editor at sfcv.org. If this fails to resolve the problem, you can also contact your ISP using the sample letter below. If all else fails, you may need to subscribe using another e-mail address, such as a Yahoo, Gmail, or other free account.
We do not support text-only e-mail newsletters, as most current browsers and e-mail programs now support HTML, which is far easier to create and read. If you cannot read your newsletter, it is likely that your program or service does not support HTML.
It is difficult to design a Web site these days for every browser or program. SFCV's Web site tends to work best on these browsers:
PC: Internet Explorer version 6 and above; Firefox; Netscape version 7 and above
Mac: Safari, Camino, Firefox
If you are experiencing a technical problem that these instructions do not resolve, please e-mail editor@sfcv.org.

To: ISP Customer Support
Subject: Remove Constant Contact BlockHello. My name is XXXX and I have been a customer of your services since XXXX. I understand that you employ filters and/or blacklists to protect customers like myself from unsolicited e-mail. However, this has made it impossible for me to receive newsletters, announcements, and promotions that I have requested. I value these communications and would like to receive them using this e-mail address.
The sender of these e-mails uses an e-mail marketing service called Constant Contact. Constant Contact is not an open relay and has strict antispam policies in place. Because your filters block e-mails from Constant Contact I am unable to receive these communications.
I ask that you please help me determine why these e-mails are being blocked. For further information about Constant Contact or to request more information from them such as log files, the Ops team can be reached at (781) 472.8103 or ops@constantcontact.com.
