A Correction from Jeff Dunn
Regarding "It's About the Piano,":
In my transcription of the recording of my interview with Kevin Volans, I wrote that he said the piano plays 14.5 minutes of his concerto's 23 minutes. What he actually said was: "The piano plays 14,000 plus [notes] in that time." My ear had somehow twisted notes into minutes, and I apologize for the error. In actuality, the piano plays almost constantly throughout the work. (The correction has been updated in the archives.)
