The Dragon Singers, first Chinese chorus in the Bay area, is preparing to celebrate its 40th anniversary with a concert in 2013. Enrollment of new members has just begun, particularly tenors, baritones, basses, and altos. Rehearsals are held every Friday from 8:00-10:00pm in El Cerrito.
