Hopelessly entangled in an ancient family feud, Lucia descends into madness and murder when she is coerced into a loveless marriage by her scheming brother. Filled with some of the purest music in all of the bel canto repertoire, this classic opera has transfixed audiences ever since its debut in 1835. Conducted by Michael Morgan, directed by Mark Foehringer on a set by Peter Crompton.
