Chalice Consort is a performer; a collaborator with global early music scholars and musicians; and a leading catalyst for discovering, transcribing, and making accessible undiscovered or rarely performed Renaissance and Baroque era choral pieces; to advance the knowledge and expand experiences of all students, scholars, and listeners of early music in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. The mission of Chalice Consort is to present newly discovered or rarely heard music of the Renaissance and Baroque eras in exquisite ensemble through the use of pure tone to achieve mesmerizing phrasing, ethereal blend, and dulcet sound.
