The Palo Alto Philharmonic's 3rd orchestral concert of the 2012-2013 season will be an all Russian concert with music of Glinka, Tchaikovsky and featuring Sandra Chen as soloist in Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 3. There will be a pre-concert talk at 7:30 pm.
