Bask in masterpieces of the unaccompanied repertoire as the Choral Artists, led by Magen Solomon, sing some of our most beloved works: Debussy and Hindemith Chansons; Poulenc Motets; Britten Flower Songs; Vaughan Williams Shakespeare Songs; challenging pieces by Carter, Ives, Webern; and Puerling’s charming "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square." Toast 5 World Premieres we predict will become classics: Chuckle at settings of the poetry of e.e. cummings by Composer-In-Residence Brian Holmes--from twinkle-toes and pirates to an old cowboy.
