San Francisco Symphony San Francisco Symphony: MTT conducts Tchaikovsky's Fourth Symphony

The Symphony launches the 2010-11 season with Lou Harrison’s festive Parade, the San Francisco native’s colorful fanfare. Following two works by another quintessential American voice—Aaron Copland’s magnificent Quiet City and Organ Symphony featuring the young organist extraordinaire Paul Jacobs—the concert concludes with Tchaikovsky’s breathtaking Fourth Symphony.
