SRS Conductor Laureate Jeffrey Kahane and SRS Music Director Bruno Ferrandis on stage together for the first time. In this 82nd season opener, Kahane as soloist takes on the formidable "Rach 3," Rachmaninoff's Third Piano Concerto. Heroic grandeur characterizes an all-Russian program.
