Hear the amazing 13 year old violin virtuoso Stephen Waarts play the Brahms Violin Concerto in D Major. Maestro Stephen Paulson and the Orchestra will perform the comoser's deeply moving Third Symphony. The program opens with the world premiere of "Homeward Angel", a fifteen minute work for large orchestra by the young Bay Area composer Dylan Mattingly. The new concert hall at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music is much in demand for its first rate acoustics, and its visual beauty.
