The artists of Volti combine forces with the choirs from our Choral Institute, a weekend-long advanced training program, to perform J.S. Bach's masterpiece Jesu Meine Freude. Acalanes High School, Head-Royce School, and Ecco from the Piedmont East Bay Children's Choir join with singers from Volti and instrumentalists from the early music ensemble Jubilate, in the culminating performance of a process that began in October 2008 with an intensive weekend of study and rehearsal. Each choir will also present selections of its own. Join us to support and encourage these talented next-generation choral singers.
