The Golden Gate Park Band

The Golden Gate Park Band has been playing free public concerts on Sundays in the park continuously since September of 1882. The free concert series runs at the Spreckels Temple of Music at the Music Concourse from April to October, 1:00 pm. The band plays a variety of music ranging from classic favorites, opera, marches, Broadway tunes, orchestral transcriptions and more.
