I sang professionally in Southern California and the Northwest for 15 years. I have performed Susanna, in The Marriage of Figaro; Pamina, in The Magic Flute; Adina, in Elixer of Love; Eurilla, in Orlando Palladino; Monica, in The Medium. Musical Theater roles include: Valencienne in The Merry Widow; Johanna in Sweeney Todd; Polly Peachum in Threepenny Opera; Anne Egarman in A Little Night Music; Nellie in South Pacific, and starred in Sondheim's Company.

I believe that singing is a very personal endeavor, therefore the relationship between teacher and student must be very comfortable. A good rapport is very important, so a good 'match' is needed between teacher and student.

My expectations are high, whether you are a beginner or a professional. One need not be advanced; just serious. If a student is prepared, the lesson atmosphere is FUN! Life is too short not to embrace the human spirit of all we come into contact with. I celebrate the uniqueness of every voice and person.
