The San Francisco Lyric Chorus invites singers to join us for our Fall 2019 season.

Program: With Harp, Flute & Chorus: Joyous Music for the Season

Benjamin Britten: A Ceremony of Carols
Kirke Mechem: Seven Joys of Christmas
Ralph Vaughan Williams: Wassail Song * O My Dear Heart
Three 16th Century Spanish Carols: Dadme Albricias * Dansaron (E La DonDon) * Riu Riu Chiu
Stephen Chatman: Lullay My Liking

Join us as we celebrate this happy time singing joyous music of the season, accompanied by harp and flute.

Rehearsals and auditions begin: Monday, September 9, 2019

Rehearsals are on Mondays, 7:15-9:45 pm, at:

St. Peter’s Hall
Trinity+St. Peter’s Episcopal Church
1620 Gough Street
San Francisco (between Bush Street and Austin Alley)

We have openings in all parts—sopranos, altos, tenors, basses. All are welcome.

Concert dates are Saturday, December 14, 2019, 7 pm and Sunday, December 15, 2019, 5 pm at historic Trinity Church, open again for performances after nine years.

Experience Required Ability to sight-read and blend, as well as have musicianship skills

Dues $150 per semester plus cost of music

Sing! San Francisco Lyric Chorus is an auditioned, medium-sized, mixed-voice chorus that performs a diverse repertoire with an emphasis on classical choral music and rarely performed works. We are an inclusive and welcoming community of singers, committed to excellent musicianship and creative programming.
