Winter Concert

Albany Chamber Orchestra

Albany Chamber Orchestra Winter Concert

Come join the Albany Chamber Orchestra for its second concert of the season! You'll be treated to Schubert's rarely-heard 6th Symphony (Little C Major), a piece for solo trombone by Michael Haydn, featuring Tetsuya Endo, and Theme and Variations by Alec Wilder. Wilder composed during the 40s and 50s and was a favorite of Frank Sinatra, who conducted many of his works. Unfortunately, Sinatra will not be conducting this performance! We'll perform at our usual venue, the beautiful Albany Veterans Building. The concert is free, and parking is plentiful, so please join us for an afternoon of great musical rarities.
