CALIFORNIA MUSIC CENTER, the producer of the Irving M. Klein International String Competition, will host its second annual benefit event Strings à la carte on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Kanbar Performing Arts Center in San Francisco.

Join us for a festive celebration of two of our favorite champions for the arts - past board chair Tom Driscoll and beloved arts consultant Nancy Quinn - featuring music, cocktails, small bites and a silent auction to raise funds for the Klein Competition and CMC's programs. Revel amid a sparkling wonderland of light and enchantment!

You'll enjoy exciting performances by Klein laureates Julia Mirzoev (violin, 2019 3rd prizewinner) and Davis You (cello, 2018 semifinalist).

Funds raised will help support the 35th Annual Irving M. Klein International String Competition, and our continued programs to support our wonderful prizewinners.
