Pianist Jeanne Hourez of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music steers us through ocean waters--from placid to tumultuous--of Scriabin's evocative "Sonata Fantasy", and to ports of call that include selections from Debussy's "Preludes (Book I)" and Schubert's "Impromptus, Op. 90". Also on the program, from SFCM's Pre-College Division: the Tempestus Trio (Charlotte Wong, piano; Matthew Sakiyama, violin; Simone Hsu, cello), performing works of Beethoven, Bach, Vieuxtemps, Chopin and more. Admission is free. Limited seating. Reservations recommended (415) 447-6274
