Don’t miss this beautiful holiday tradition – The Young Women’s Chorus of San Francisco singing Carols by Candlelight. This year the award-winning chorus performs on the Old First Concerts series for the first time. The Chorus will perform music by Hildegard von Bingen, Jacob Handl, Arvo Pärt, Maurice Duruflé, Abbie Betinis and others. A powerful piece, Cedit Hyems by Betinis with professional flutist is featured, in addition to many exciting traditional and contemporary carol arrangements, including some with audience participation.
