An Opening Night like no other. One of the reigning artists of our day makes a rare solo appearance and inaugurates a season that includes some of the world’s most renowned violinists. The 2019–20 Season also features Violins of Hope, a yearlong educational program and three concerts that include instruments rescued from the Holocaust. Their resonance, historical and musical, is a reminder of hope and perseverance.
