California Historic Artillery Society

A nonprofit educational living history organization, dedicating its resources to preserve and promote the history of our nation's mounted artillery for future generations. Amongst its members are dedicated re-enactors who perform as musicians, playing authentic or reproduced Civil War-era instruments, and teach how music has served an important role in American society and during the American Civil War.
