More information about SF-Marin Food Bank: The mission of the SF-Marin Food Bank is to end hunger in San Francisco and Marin counties. They work to end hunger in three primary ways: operating 255 weekly farmers' market-style pantry distributions, helping clients enroll in CalFresh (foods stamps in California) while leading the call for improvements to this vital program, and by supplying food to over 300 anti-hunger programs serving low-income individuals and families. This year, they will distribute 50 million pounds of food to those facing hunger.
