Live tango music by Juan Villarreal and Patricio (Pato) Crom, guitar duo on tour from Argentina. Both musicians also sing for some of the pieces. Juan and Pato have been touring together for over 10 years, and have made four albums together, the most recent of which is "D'Arienzo en guitarras." This is a milonga (tango social dance). Dancers and listeners are welcome--there are plenty of seats!
The event runs from 7:00-10:00 pm; live music begins at 7:45 pm. DJ Jonas Aquino plays traditional tango and alternative music for dancing during the breaks.

Drinks (full bar) and empanadas are offered for sale. All ages welcome.
This event takes place in the ballroom of the Berkeley City Club, on the second floor. To enter the building, ring the bell and say "tango." The Berkeley City Club parking lot is for members only. Street parking and paid parking lots are available nearby.
