Master Sinfonia presents a program of beloved chamber works and lesser-heard musical discoveries. The concert opens with Dukas’s magical Fanfare from his ballet La Péri, followed by Ocho por radio by the prolific Mexican composer Silvestre Revueltas. Klein Competition-winning cellist Gaeun Kim then solos in Saint-Saëns' stirring Cello Concerto No. 1, before Schumann’s Symphony no. 3 transports us to the banks of the Rhine river.
