We are pleased to announce auditions for “Connections”, a new work by Alexander Frank. We are seeking singers with strong musicianship and acting skills. Compensation is a flat stipend of $300.
Open auditions for “Connections” will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 11am-3pm at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 1205 Pine Ave., San Jose, CA, 95125.
Sebastopol's Old World Carolers, in its 32nd season, rehearses Thursday evenings in downtown Sebastopol from September through December. In early December we hold a concert to benefit a local cause, such as a homeless shelter or environmental project.
This Spring 2017 season Voices of Silicon Valley are embarking on a unique project as we are attempting to shake up Bay area musical scene in a significant way. We are looking forward to new singers joining us for this project.
We rehearse on Wednesday nights from 7 to 9:30 at First United Methodist Church downtown San Jose, corner of Santa Clara and 5th, with the first rehearsal this Wednesday January 18:

Voci Women’s Vocal Ensemble, directed by Dr. Anne Hege, will be holding auditions for experienced choral singers in all voice parts through Sept. 15.
Voci rehearses Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 10:00 PM in Orinda.
Rehearsals begin Wednesday, Aug. 24.
Fall concert dates are November 12 and 20.
Since 1985 The Old World Carolers have been singing in the north bay; we rehearse Thursday evenings in downtown Sebastopol.
We are a nondenominational a cappella choir singing rare and haunting European holiday music from the 6th to 19th centuries. Each year we have a theme, and this year we are choosing songs with trees -- to give an idea, some possibilities from our back repertoire include Green Grow'th the Holly, The Cherry Tree Carol, Ya viene la vieja, Candlemas Eve, and Oken Leaves.
