Meerenai Shim

Flutist Meerenai Shim is an active performer and teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area. She enjoys teaching many excellent private flute students at the Meerenai Shim Flute School in Campbell and Mountain View. Her teaching is influenced by the principles of Body Mapping and the practical application of human anatomy to allow musicians to move freely while performing and practicing.

Meerenai is the author of "Scale Studies for Beginner and Intermediate Flutists" and stays busy with many chamber music performances as a founding member of the Blithe Duo, MJCP, and the Ibert Trio.

Lauren Cony

Lauren Cony received her B.A. in Piano from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, and a M.M. from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. She has studied under Sharon Mann, Paul Hersh, Pola Baytelman, and Laurette Goldberg on harpsichord. As an avid chamber musician, she has performed in the US, Canada, and Europe, and has collaborated with such distinguished artists as clarinetist Richard Stoltzman. She teaches at the SF Conservatory and the SF Community Music Center, and maintains a busy private studio.

Juliet McComas

Principal teacher Dr. Konrad Wolff. Performed in master classes with Leon Fleisher. Coached with Karl Ulrich Schnabel (NY,SF), Lilian Kallir at Aspen Music Festival, Richard Goode.

Debut with Baltimore Symphony at age 13. Recipient of Alexander Sklarevski Award for Outstanding Achievement in Piano. Second appearance with Baltimore Symphony age 23. Performances with Oakland Chamber Orchestra, SF Chamber Players. Television appearances on "Peabody Presents" and the "Grand Piano" in SF.

Taught at Peabody Conservatory and Towson State University in MD.

Inessa Zagorov

Lea Centauri

My name is Lea Centauri. I've been singing since I was 4 years old, and have studied singing and voice my whole life. I'm a Mezzo Soprano and Jazz is my music of choice to sing. I have lived and sang and taught in Paris, France for several years. My first students were French. I also spent a year teaching vocal technique at Bilgi University in Istanbul, Turkey. Most of my vocal experience has been in foreign countries. I have sung all over France, including Cannes.

Leonardo Garcia

Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, award-winning guitarist Leonardo Garcia has performed as a soloist in North America, South America, and Europe. In addition to his solo performances, Garcia has also collaborated with other world-class musicians such as violinist Ian Swensen and guitarist Marc Teicholz.
