On November 20 - 22, Bay Choral Guild will be performing the Chamber version of Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, accompanied by two pianos, four percussionists, a baritone soloist and the Ragazzi boy's choir. In March we perform the Mozart Requiem with the Peninsula-based New Millennium Chamber Orchestra. In June, our program will be a collection of works in Renaissance counterpoint by selected Dutch Masters, featuring the music of Jan Sweelinck and Josquin des Prez.
We rehearse Monday nights, 7:30 pm at First United Methodist Church in Palo Alto. Rehearsals begin September 14, 2015. Our concerts are in Campbell, San Francisco, and Palo Alto.
