Carly Nacmanie

While I come from a mainly classical background, if a student wants to play or sing a rock, jazz, pop, Broadway (or any other genre you can think of!) tune, I am more than happy to oblige. This not only allows students to grow as diverse musicians, but also allows the students to decide which styles they find most rewarding and enjoyable. For this reason, I strive to be flexible in my teaching, striking a precise balance of structure and freedom that each individual student responds to best.
I set an example of excellence and determination for my students. Students sense my excitement for learning and become eager to learn. I believe that all students are capable of learning; it is the teacher's responsibility to motivate them so that they become excited about gaining new skills and achieving goals. Always energetic & positive, I am extremely passionate about motivating students to succeed, especially through music.
