Corey Head

Corey is currently accepting students for private voice lessons taught in San Francisco. He teaches a straight-forward, healthy vocal technique in the pedagogical lineage of Berton Coffin, Barbara Doscher, and Lynn Wickham. It is applicable to many vocal styles including classical music, musical theatre, and current popular styles such as Jazz, Electronica, Blues, and Rock.
Lessons include time to work on technique and musical ideas. Additional topics covered can include sight-singing, music theory, music history and foreign language diction including Italian, German, French, Spanish, and Latin.
Students of all levels are welcome, ages 14 and up.

Corey is also a professional singer, performing with groups such as Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, San Francisco Renaissance Voices and San Francisco Symphony.
