SFO Lecture in Los Gatos -- ROMEO ET JULIETTE

On Wed, Aug 28, at 10 AM, the San Francisco Opera Lecture Series presents Romeo et Juliette, by Charles Gounod.

Lecturer: Tim Flynn, Professor of Music, Olivet College, and a noted Charles Gounod scholar. The story is taken from Shakespeare, but is edited to focus, primarily, on the two main characters. Includes a series of glorious duets, including the famous balcony scene.

Includes coffee, tea and treats.
