What they do best:

Founded in 2015, Endersnight takes its name from the 15th-century century English carol "This Enders Night." The a cappella vocal ensemble specializes in performing the sacred polyphonic choral repertoire of the 14th–16th centuries, and its members are veterans of the leading professional choral groups of the Bay Area, including Chanticleer, the San Francisco Symphony Chorus, Philharmonia Baroque Chorale, American Bach Soloists, Clerestory, Volti, Cappella SF, and the Grace Cathedral Choir of Men and Boys. Endersnight is the choir in residence for the Compline service at St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in San Francisco's Mission District.

Where to hear them:

Compline every third Sunday at the month at the Episcopal Church of St. John the Evangelist, 1661 15th St. at Julian (one block from 16th/Mission BART)
