Join us for a milonga with live tango music by Hugo Satorre (bandoneon) and Crystie Nicci Shum (piano)! Hugo and Crystie will be playing a selection of classic tangos for dancing. This is a social dance. Dancers and listeners are welcome.

DJ Robert plays traditional tango music between sets. Anahí Carballo from Buenos Aires performs Malambo Sureño on stage. (This Argentine folk dance was formerly for men only--not anymore!)
This is a queer-friendly event where all genders are welcome to lead and follow.
Masks are required when not actively eating or drinking.
Drinks (full bar) and empanadas are offered for sale (cards accepted). All ages welcome.

This event takes place in the ballroom on the second floor. To enter, ring the bell and say "tango!" We are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART. Street parking is free after 6:00 pm. No non-member parking in the Berkeley City Club lot.
