Chabot College Wind Symphony Concert

Recognized as one of the premier ensembles of its kind, the Chabot Wind Symphony is comprised of the most outstanding musicians in the greater Bay Area. The Wind Symphony has been highly praised for "…musical and inspiring performances," and "truly fine music making." Known for adventurous programming, the group pursues a commitment to performing new and historically significant music for wind band. The Chabot Wind Symphony pursues the highest standards and is determined to bring its audiences the finest artistic repertoire from all musical periods, cultures, and styles.

Guest Conductor: Kevin Sedatole

Kevin Sedatole serves as Director of Bands, Professor of Music, and Chair of the conducting area at the Michigan State University College of Music. At MSU, Professor Sedatole serves as administrator of the entire band program totaling over 700 students that includes the Wind Symphony, Symphony Band, Concert Band, Chamber Winds, Campus Bands, Spartan Marching Band and Spartan Brass. He also guides the graduate wind-conducting program in addition to conducting the MSU Wind Symphony.
