IOCSF presents their 20th anniversary concert, Bridge to the Future, a celebration of the group's history and a look towards its next chapter as it continues to honor its mission to champion new choral works and make new music accessible.
Bridge to the Future will feature the world premiere of “Anthropo-scenes,” IOCSF’s new commission from Rex Isenberg, which journeys through this climate era (often referred to as the "Anthropocene") — present, past, and future — reflecting on where we are now, where we've been, and where we might be going. Isenberg’s piece will be paired with Caroline Shaw's moving work "To the Hands," a treatise on refugee crises around the world.
