Pianist Alison Lee and cellist Isaac Pastor-Chermak are among the Bay Area's most prominent "musical power couples" of their generation. They have been performing together since 2016, both as a duo and as two-thirds of Ensemble 1828 piano trio.
ABOUT THE EVENT
We are so excited to be recording and releasing our debut CD this fall! "Preludes and Prologues" features some of our favorite music, with pieces by Beethoven, Schumann, Debussy and Gershwin.
Recording is expensive! This one-hour CD will cost roughly $5000 to produce, and we are not paying ourselves a penny. To raise these funds, we're putting on a benefit concert. Please join us and support our CD project with a contribution of any size.
