FIRE SHUT UP IN MY BONES

In honor of Black History Month the Lark Theater will hold a special screening of the Met Opera Premiere – Fire Shut Up in My Bones  - Grammy Award-winning jazz musician and composer Terence Blanchard’s adaptation of Charles M. Blow’s moving memoir, Fire Shut Up in My Bones is the first opera by a black composer presented on the Met stage.

The Met: Live in HD is the Metropolitan Opera’s award-winning series of high-definition live cinema transmissions, which began its 15th season in October 2021 and continues through June 2022.
