Enjoy live orchestral classics, plus a special performance from talented Music for Minors students in the San Mateo-Foster City School District Vocal Music Program. This family-friendly concert will showcase such masterpieces as Pines of Rome and Carnival of the Animals.
Proceeds will help Music for Minors provide scholarships to bring music education to under-resourced Bay Area schools. Your attendance supports a great cause and your generosity will help ensure expanded access to this program. The Music for Minors program, focusing on the formative elementary years, builds a foundation for future music pursuits and supports the social and emotional learning of every child.
Please note: this event is best suited for children 5+. Audience members should be able to sit through a 90-minute presentation of music and speaking. There will be a brief intermission.
