Music Director Daniel Hope leads a thrilling program that includes Josef Suk's popular Serenade for Strings, one of the composer's most celebrated works, the U.S. premiere of Lament for solo violin and string orchestra by leading British composer Mark-Anthony Turnage and a rarely heard gem by Polish composer Mieczysław Weinberg entitled Concertino for Violin and Strings.
