Francesco Lecce-Chong conducts the Santa Rosa Symphony in a rich program that celebrates life and love, with a love poem by Wagner, a serenade by William Grant Still and Dvořák’s lively celebration of Czech cultural, Czech Suite. The Symphony’s Artistic Partner, Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Ellen Taaffe Zwilich, adds variety and zest with her Prologue and Variations. Recorded on February 13, 2021 at the Green Music Center’s Weill Hall, this concert includes introductions by musicians and creative camerawork to get you closer than ever before to the Symphony musicians and Francesco.
