San Francisco pipe-organist Joy-Leilani Garbutt plays works by women composers of France's La Belle Époque, in a free pipe-organ concert at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Healdsburg. Garbutt is the Director of Music at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, San Francisco. She is a Fulbright Scholar who spent 2018-19 in France, researching early 20th-century French organ music by female composers. Garbutt holds a Ph.D. in musicology, a Master of Education degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Master of Music in organ performance from Northwestern University. She has played for audiences in England, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and Mexico. Admission to the concert is free.
