Since its founding in 2004, Musae has performed diverse and accessible music throughout the Bay Area, and continues to stretch the boundaries of traditional repertoire for treble voices. Musae functions as a musical collective in which each singer identifies as a leader and soloist and contributes actively to the artistic process.
San Francisco Opera Guild, a non-profit organization that has provided arts education programs to Northern California communities for over 75 years, seeks an experienced Teaching Artist for its Sing A Story program. Sing a Story takes place in classrooms at schools across the Bay Area.
We have openings for Tenors, Basses, Baritones and Mezzos. Some Soprano supporting roles too.
Please email a headshot, any mp3 of a recent performance or link to a YouTube video and a resume. We particularly want singers who already have roles learned or performed and are NOT under any management. Age is immaterial, vocal condition is paramount!

Auditions are scheduled on Saturday & Sunday, January 26-27 for the 2013 Junior Bach Festival (March 15-24.). The AGE LIMIT is 18 years as of February 1, 2013, except for vocalists and accompanists who may be 20. Accompanists sought (email [email protected]).
