with Sound Espressivo/Progressive Musicians for their Carnegie Gala Concerts 2024-25!

Calling all instrumental/vocal soloists, ensembles, choral groups, chamber orchestras, and composers!

If you are interested in applying for your chance to perform at the beautiful Weill Recital Hall in New York's famed Carnegie Hall, we want to hear from you.  There are no age restrictions, and all repertory proposals will be considered.

Golden Gate Symphony Orchestra & Chorus welcomes all musicians and singers to join our dynamic and electrifyingly fun group! 

We especially encourage violists, cellists, double bass players, bassoonists, soprani, tenors, and basses/baritones to join us!

The Young Women’s Choral Projects of San Francisco is a world-class choral organization for girls and young women ages 4-18, which empowers them to achieve artistic and personal excellence.

YWCP offers four choir levels—Prelude Chorus, Allegro Chorus, Vivo Chorus and the Young Women’s Chorus.

If you are a skilled choral singer with a healthy voice, a great attitude, and an interest in being part of an ambitious ensemble that is committed to presenting relevant and compelling concerts, Sacred & Profane Chamber Chorus may be right for you. Auditions preceding the start of our winter concert series on Tuesday, January 9th are open to all voice parts.

Chora Nova. led by Paul Flight, will perform Brahms's Ein Deutsches Requiem and Begräbnisgesang (burial song) in May 2023.  The chorus rehearses on Tuesday evenings in north Berkeley.  Experienced choral singers in all sections are welcome to audition.

Come Sing With Us!

San Francisco-based Resound Ensemble is holding auditions for all voice parts, especially basses, on Wednesday, January 18th, 6:30-9:00 PM. Additional dates and times may also be available by request.

We are a 40 to 50-voice ensemble that is committed to an eclectic repertoire. We present a wide range of styles of choral music each season, from 15th century pieces to new works, accompanied and a cappella, based around a unifying theme.

21V is looking to fill 2-3 positions for its April 2023 project, Sonic Reflections on Interconnectedness, a reminder of the many ways we are intertwined.

Treble voices of all genders and gender identities are welcome to apply (altos and countertenors are especially encouraged to apply)! Compensation is $465.

Chora Nova, directed by Paul Flight, is an auditioned chorus based in Berkeley, California, that draws experienced singers from around the Bay Area. The group presents three programs each year, with performances in November, March, and May. Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings in north Berkeley.

Sing J.S. Bach's magnificent MASS IN B-MINOR with a professional orchestra and soloists – the experience of a lifetime! Join our talented and welcoming choral community and immerse yourself in one of the greatest works ever written.

Love to make music with supportive communities of singers? Why don't you give Santa Clara Chorale a try? Come to our "Bring A Friend" Open House Rehearsal on Monday, September 26 at 7:30PM for an opportunity to sing with us and get to know the group and its members. After experiencing a rehearsal, you'll have the opportunity to audition for Scot Hanna-Weir, who is celebrating his tenth year as Artistic Director! Not a singer but love choral music?
